Best Care for our Mom

From the first meeting we knew the care would be competent, compassionate and kind. Care staff was available 24/7 and responded quickly. The services provided by the gentle and caring aide for her scheduled time 5 days a week were so helpful to alleviate the stress of needing to be there for every meal – she would help to feed her lunch on her days. We felt like the primary nurse and aide were part of our family. One of the most helpful tasks they took over for us was filling the daily medication box. No more ordering prescriptions, filling the box and noting the stock. The aide was just so kind and it was nice that we had the same aide over 95% of the time so our mom was very comfortable with her being there. They provided some very helpful supplies and were that second pair of hands to help our mom with her ADL’s as she became weaker. They took care of all of the paperwork so quickly which really helped with the transition. Thank you, First Choice Healthcare for making this difficult time much less stressful so we could focus on our mom and not logistics.
