Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the care, consideration, help and love that you gave to my husband Billy and myself. I don’t know how he- or I- would have survived his last 22 days without your services. Your services were an integral part of his care team, his needs were always the number one priority and always addressed quickly, with gentleness, grace, respect, and kindness.
From day one, Aaliyah came in and offered unwavering care and sensitivity. She thoroughly explained what to expect throughout the entire process. Although, due to a scheduling conflict, that then allowed for Taylor to step in, her time and assistance was still greatly appreciated.
Taylor stepped in for Aaliyah, and to say she was just as amazing is an understatement. I often think about the care she gave my Billy during his final moments. She truly was a light in the middle of darkness. I have faith in knowing she did the best she could and for that, I am endlessly grateful.
Stanley, stepped in and assisted Billy for showers. He allowed for Billy to have dignity, and a sense of normalcy in his final days.
In closing, I want to be sure to mention that even after Billy’s passing your team continued to offer support through the holidays and weeks after for myself. It was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. I would highly recommend First Choice Healthcare to anyone that was in need of hospice services.
