Our Time of Need

Our family was so pleased with First Choice at our time of need when our dear cousin was dying. None of us lived close by, and First Choice helped us with a plan to keep him comfortable and well cared for. Nurse Kim Oliveira was in touch with us regularly, visited regularly and frequently, and when the end was near made sure that there was pain medication when and if needed, and someone to be at his side. She reassured us about nutrition and hydration and about how he would be comfortable when he himself let go of eating and drinking. A beautiful aide, Oksana, took care of his personal needs kindly and with dignity. Administrator Melanie Free made sure we were connected to a helpful and understanding funeral chapel. We would recommend First Choice to anyone in need of hospice.
