Thanks for your services

I would like to thanks First Choice Hospice Team, that provided outstanding care for my aunt during the last year while she was in the nursing home. Everyone was extremely caring, patient and kind to her, even though sometimes she had rough phases of dementia. However it was obvious that even in her state of mind, she really liked the people that visited her on daily basis and enjoyed spending time with them. Thanks so much!
